L-ascorbyl Palmitate
Ascorbyl Palmitate has all the physiological activity of Vitamin C, is a high effective antioxidant and deoxidizer, is assessed as nutritious, high effective and safe additive by Codex Committee on Food Additives(CCFA) of World Health Organization(WHO). It is the only antioxidant which can be used in the infant formulae and follow-up formulae in China.The product can prevent oxidation, protect color and luster, and enhance vitamin C and so on.

The propositional dosage:
1. Milk powders(including sweetened milk powders) and cream powders and powder analogus, Infant formulae and follow-up formulae, Weaning foods for infants and growing children, Formulated foods for pregnant and lactating women: Calculated as the ascorbic acid of the lipid, the maximum dosage is 0.05g/kg;
2. Other foods:Calculated as the total food weight, the maximum dosage is 0.2g/kg.
Usage:
1. Instant noodles and rice products, Fats and oils and fat emulsions: Dissolve the product into heated oil or ethanol, confect 5% concentrated antioxidant solutionthen add into the foodstuff.
2. Others: Add this product into the food stuff and stir until it distributes evenly.
Storage:
Preserved in shady, cool, dry and airproof condition, forbid depositing with the toxicant.
